Unfortunately there's no texting add-on. Considering getting the $15 plan which offers unlimited texting.

@scapper1, by terms and conditions there are no refunds. However, the moderators are reasonable with applying goodwill for situations like this. I suggest you purchase the add-on that you need and seek refund for the one that you purchased in error.

Which add-on did you want?
Do you still see the amount you paid in your Available Funds?
Do you see the add-on lower down on your overview page?

As a rule, there are no refunds on prepaid accounts at PM.
