TRYING TO MAKE A PAYMENT USING VISA DEBIT. KEEPS SAYING WE ARE UNABLE TO VARIFYYOUR CARD AT THIS TIME. CALLED THE BANK AND NOTHING IS WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT.

Yes. The Information that your Bank/CU/CC institution has on file that you provided, you must enter the EXACT Same info, Billing Address, Etc.
