TRYING TO MAKE A PAYMENT USING VISA DEBIT. KEEPS SAYING WE ARE UNABLE TO VARIFYYOUR CARD AT THIS TIME. CALLED THE BANK AND NOTHING IS WRONG WITH MY ACCOUNT.

Yes. The Information that your Bank/CU/CC institution has on file that you provided, you must enter the EXACT Same info, Billing Address, Etc.

Hello,
When entering either credit or debit card information, it's necessary that the information entered is EXACTLY as it appears on your monthly statement. The slightest difference will cause your card to be rejected.
