I have a 1Gb plan.
My phone says I have used 133 MB of data since 1 December 2025.
Why has my data been cut off?
Do public mobile normally make their customers angry?

@proctie you sure your current cycle starts on Dec 1? PM has 30 days cycle and your cycle will not always starts on the 1st
and check your phone to make sure you didn't set any data limit
and last, check My Account using Incognito mode, see how much data you used

download the app to your cell, log in to your account > scroll down to see Usage Breakdown to see most accurate data usage and remainder.
added..if you found you used it up you must wait until next regular plan renewal or get a new plan with more data.
