recieving messages saying 1) I have used all my data 2) am in the us 3) data is tuned off 4) I have changed My Plan
I dont know how much data I'm supposed to have. It' not like I'm not paying my bill as it's deducted from my cc every month

Login to your account on the PM app then swipe down on the screen to update your current data usage. It will also show you your data amount of your plan.
There was a glitch last month than members were notified than data was used up.
Example below is mine is showing I used up 0.22gb from my 6.0gb data plan.

You can check your data usage by clicking on Usage Breakdown from the overview page.
If you click on Manage Subscription, it will tell you the details of your plan including data, speed, plan amount and next payment date.
Do you have a US plan? Turn roaming on and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T. If you want to use data, data must be turned on.
