I believe legacy plan customers are having ongoing service outage.
Likely you can still check your voicemail remotely. Not much else to do after contacting MODs.
Sit tight. I was hoping MODs would issue an update in Community announcements.
Suggest you initate a backup plan. Seems noone can rely 100% on cell service.

Where are you located ? There was service disruptions in Quebec earlier this week, but they're cleared up now.
