@mkey2478 - it doesn't matter which email you use to order sim cards. The sim card purchase portal is different login credentials than our My Accounts or Community anyway.
You were sooo close at finding out how to submit a ticket to customer support - in the post you made you hyperlinked to CS_Agent. Just click on that link then go to the right and choose SEND A MESSAGE to write a private message to customer support.
Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
