Guys I just got the sim card today.
After I activated it, I got a message from public mobile about porting my number, it says:To complete your request to move to Public Mobile, please go to Publicmobile.ca, click Contact us and complete the SIM & Activation online form something like this.
But follow the guide I CANT find the form thing,can somebody please help?

1. go to the bottom of the page, under "Get Help" click "Contact Us"
2. scroll down the page, you see "Still can't find an answer? Contact us below" and clikc on the arrow
3. click the contact us button
4. click "SIM & activiation" and Next
5. follow the steps and you should be done

What they want you to do is go to the "Get Help" page, then click "Contact Us" to fill out the form.
Although, you could probably accomplish the same thing by private messaging a moderator (instructions available here: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Information-required-before-sending-a-me...)
