You only have to update your SIM card number on the selfserve.

No one is going to call you, Public Mobile is a Self Serve company with an amazing self serve site. So simply log into your self serve account on publicmobile.ca and look for an option there for a Sim Swap or just cut your existing Sim to fit in the iPhone 5c
