before I want to transfer my plan from freedom to public, but there are some problems that I cannot do that successfully, so what could I do if I want to go back to freedom. could I take the first month money back?

If you activate your plan with public mobile, you can't refund it afterwards unless the plan was not activated.

No, you wouldn't be able to get your money back. Public Mobile is a prepaid service.

Make sure the old SIM card in your phone when you're Transfer your number. You should get a SMS message from your old carrier asking to confirm if you would like to Transfer your number. Your reply should be: YES.
The confirmation message can take a few minutes to come in. You have 90 minutes from the time of request.
note: is Reply: No.. the processing will be cancel... and is will be back to your freedom,
if you did transfer freedom to public mobile and you need to transfer back to freedom be careful freedom not allowed you to do that within 3 month.

@Jasoncool : No refunds or pro-rating. Most pre-paid providers would be the same.
