There are no difference between the plans. The $20 plan are for new members. While the $18 plan are for existing members with the old $15 plan. As of October 25/25, all members with the $15 plan increased by $3 to $18.

The old grandfathered $15 plan had 1GB of data, unlimited texting & incoming calls and 100 minutes of outgoing calls.

The newer $15 plan before the increase had 1GB data and unlimited texting and incoming/outgoing calls.

This is NOT correct. $15 plan NEVER had 1GB of data.

I agree - both plans show the same features/inclusions so I was wondering if I'm missing something. I'm currently on the old $18/mo 250mb at 3G w/ 100 CW minutes so it seems like a no-brainer to take the new $18/mo plan, yes?

If you can see the $18 plan with talk / text and 1GB data..that would seem to me to be the better plan. Take it while you can. I suggest to Change at Renewal rather than Change Plan Now

@2HR , I assume you are referring to the $18/1GB plan that is available to some existing customers?  The plan includes 1GB data and unlimited talk and text.  As for the $20 plan, I am aware of 2.  One is $20/1GB with unlimited talk and text available to some existing customers.  The other $20 plan is talk and text only that is available to new activations.  Because plans can be targeted, there will be some customers that have to pay more for the same.  This is an artifact of the current marketing scheme.

@2HR

the $20 plan is showing as having 1GB data as well as Unlimited Canada wide calling. Not sure deets of the $18 plan.

added...I checked one of the accounts I manage and I see an $18 plan with the same features as the $20 plan. Both have calling and 1 GB data. Basically, the only difference is the cost...$2 more for the $20 plan with same features as the $18 plan.
