I subscribed a plan on the Dec 23rd, I still haven't received the sim card yet as of Jan 2nd. I know it would take up to 10 business days to arrive. but I have already been charged on my credit card for the monthly fee. my question is what day is my billing cycle started? if my sim card took 10 business day (more than 2 weeks) to arrive, am I still paying for those days??

Thanks! I was worried that I had to start paying the plan while waiting for the sim card to arrive. Shipping takes way much longer during the holiday season.

@jackzhang0911 I would think you would pay from when you activate your sim card. To be sure ask CS at the link below:

@jackzhang0911 Thou you were charged already upfront the billing being start until you activate the sim and every 30 days after that you will be charged plan price
