@Baljitkaur Did you leave old providers SIM card in phone to reply YES to confirm the port request ? Willl send you porting team number private message. They can re trigger the port request for you

@Baljitkaur: Did you port to Public Mobile recently or are you an existing user where this issue started happening all of a sudden?
