I've been without my phone for two days because the payment would not process. I go on and try to pay it, it says "oops we cannot process your request at this time". I tried to update my payment info, same thing. I tried to submit a ticket for Customer Service to fix it, it said "due to a system issue we cannot process". Not sure what i'm supposed to do now. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've tried everything; clearing my history and using another browser, restart my phone and computer, keep attempting to pay, the whole system when attempting to do something just isn't working and I don't know when it'll be fixed. Just wanted to give a warning incase anyone else comes across this. They need to fix this asap.

while you wait for customer support you can purchase a voucher from 7 eleven or superstore to get your service working. you can also use recharge.com or muskbird.com for a fee.

Just tried the app again, no luck. It still says "unable to process your request"

Don't give up just yet. Here is a link where you can reach out to a CS Agent and they will assist you further. Don't worry about things, in the end it will be fixed and you'll be back up and running and saving money!!

EDIT: It's not just about history. This site is known for cache issues. You have to erase that too. Basically I suggest waiting just over an hour from the last time you tried. Then go into the browser and erase history and cache. Then restart browser. Then go into private mode like if you're using Google Chrome you go into Incognito and log in. Then that should fix the problem. Key word... should. 🙂

I tried from the app all evening yesterday, I got the same system errors and how the site is unable to process anything! feeling pretty defeated at the moment

Try using the phone app. It works much better.
How to change credit card on phone app
Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.
Sign into your app.
When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.
Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments
The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.
The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.
