If you had a plan at Public Mobile more than 90 days ago, the account would have been closed by now. Unfortunately, that type of caes, you can only choose from the plans that are currently offered to new customers. You would also have to purchase a new sim card.
Or did you change your plan previously and would like the one you had before back?

a) do you have a Legacy plan?
b) when did you last make a payment?
c) are you able to login to your account?
d) why do you need your PIN?
