@Danoishan

As of July 13th, 2017, all support is now done via the community forum and private message to moderators:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Changes-to-our-Support-structure/m-p/16...

Facebook, Twitter, and the e-mail contact form are no longer available as contact options.

Have you contacted a moderator yet?  If not, click this Moderator_Team link to private message for assistance.  More info on moderators: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-Contacting-our-Community-Modera...

Include your phone number and e-mail address.

Moderators are still dealing with a backlog of help requests from the recent promo. Response time for assistance is currently longer than normal (as much as 24-48 hours).

If that extra payment is sitting in your account as available funds, you could leave it there for use toward the next renewal, unless you need it back soon.
