bought a voucher yesterday. seems it did not activate for what ever reason. how do i get this looked into as i have not been able to activate my plan,

Koodo, you sure it is a Public Mobile voucher and not Koodo voucher? Koodo voucher cannot be used here

HI @allen3 when you say "activate", you actually meant to resume a plan on an existing account?
where you got the vouchers from? Depends on where you got it, . you might have to wait 24 hours before the voucher can be used.

Have you tried it since yesterday? Are you using the 12 digits labeled as PIN#? Does the voucher say Public Mobile on it? Did you use 611 or the account?

Some vouchers require 24 hours to become active.
Where did you buy it?
