using recharge.com for a new subscription

May I use recharge.com to make the initial payment on a new subscription?

May I do that for someone else starting a subscription? I know a couple of people who have PM SIM cards and new phones and want to subscribe, but they will not have  credit cards for a couple of weeks, or debit cards. So if I could fund their initial subscription, that would be helpful.

Vocuhers from recharge.com can absoluitely be used to activate a new Public Mobile account.  However, you will need to contact a Public Mobile customer support agent to do it.  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437

No , you cannot use any voucher for new activation.

If you don't want to use credit card or debit card, best is to buy a preapid visa from stores (you can use cash or credit card there) and then use the prepaid visa for activation.
