I just joined Public mobile at the end of January. For some reason every time I try to log into the awards account and use some points for the draw for a free Iphone I get a message saying that there is something wrong with the system. Come back later and retry another time .
I have been trying for several days now... Keep getting the same error message. What good are these Public reward points if I can't get into the account and enter the contest ?

Keep clicking on the link that says return that usually works as well although you may have to do it a few times

@dardarjg Everyone has been experiencing issues. If you're on a computer when you get that error try clicking the rewards Tab again on left hand side. Or if on mobile the right hand side has a little like down arrow if you click that than tabs open and then click rewards. Sometimes it loads.
Otherwise you'll have to contact support and see if they can help you.
