I want to change my username and password for community sign-in. When I follow the instructions on the community sign in option, the link and email only allows me to change password, not username? Thanks for help in advance.

@acheung Open ticket with PM support and they can help to change username used for Community
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

You could abandon this one. Change the email address on it to some junk fake one. Make a new one and use the email address that is registered on your account.
Otherwise only support can change the username.
