Does the registered card work for renewals?

If you're properly connected to T-Mobile, dial 611 to hear your balance and account status.

You could use 611 to buy the add-on but you would need to add money first either with the card (and your 4 digit pin) or you could buy a voucher from recharge.com and enter it in with 611 without the pin.

@JAKSmith   before you go out, check your CC to confirm PM has not charge you yet

If all good, try to buy again using Incognito mode.  Or if possible, try on a desktop computer and you will probably have better luck
