Hi @smilingeyes1970
You must receive a text offer to switch your plan. This plan, as of right now, is not available to everyone.

Is it possible for people who are currently on the $25 / 1GB monthly plan to switch to the new $25 / 5GB offer?

@beantea4u Keep in mind that there is a weird behaviour here - if you check your accounts status on the day the plan change occurs, it may show you don't have a subscription. So long as you actually have working service, don't worry about it - the site will show the correct information the next day.

Yes @beantea4u
Your rewards will be transferred when you switch plans. Just do not ever switch to the new Public Points program.

Hi @beantea4u
Yes, it is possible to change your subscription. You can change back to the 15$ 250MB plan. Just keep in mind, if you do change back, make sure to select "change on renewal". As for other content, I don't have the offer so I do not exactly know the details but I do assume it will stay the same (or even more).

Yup, you can change back just by going into your account settings on the PM portal. Since the $15 plan is a regulatory requirement, it's not going to go away.
You'll get unlimited calling and texting on the new plan, btw - the $15 plan is the only plan that has a minute limit on calls.

thanks dwh1.
do you know can i change it back $15 plan later? if yes, how to change it back to $15 plan?
11-17-2023 01:15 PM
oic. Thanks Abheer.
do you know except the data will be increased and what about the other content would be stayed the same such as unlimited text message and 100 mins call?

Hi @beantea4u
Yes, this is a real offer being rolled out to a select amount of people via text message.

It's real. If you look through this forum, you can see many other people who received it. It was a targeted offer for people on your plan.
Note that the "3gbps" part was a typo - it's 3 mbps - 3 million bits per second, the same speed you have now.
