So my current email address on my Public account had been locked out. So I can change everything on the profile. I need to change me email address. Why is this so difficult? I was able to do it with my Babk and Amazon.  But here, it seems I can get water from a stone before getting help to change my email address.

 

Is there any support that can help?

Perfect glad CSA got back to you @fastraver ! Perhaps select @RossN 's post as a solution, as I believe CSA got your email changed successfully now.

3 hours later and I sent another request.  They keep trying to use the wrong email address.
