@Matti1946 you posted to a very old thread.
to chnage your creditcard loginto self serve click payment then click manage my card.
if you have done those steps and had issues with the system(which I think you have) then I could contact the mods.
common solutions to cc issues are to leave out last digit of postal code if you cc address postal has a space and leave out unit number.
How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?
- Please contact the Community Moderator Team to get gelp with you account.
- They are Public Mobile support employees who can help with your issue (More details).
- Click here to send them a private message.
In your message please include:
- PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount
How long until they reply?:
- Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
- Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
- Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
- There is no need to send multiple messages.
Additional Useful Information:
- Search PM-GUIDE (remove "-" during the search) to find some informative posts and answers to many common questions about Public Mobile

Calling 18554public does not solve the problem. It just tells me to contact my CC co when I should be updating my CC info at Public Mobile. How do I do that?
thanks

Having a challenge making a payment...
My credit card dates have changed.
Public Mobile not accepting payment.
Instead telling me to contact my CC company.
That is not the issue.
I need to update my credit card info at Public Mobile
How do I do that?
Thanks, Matti Anttila

Recommendation: Try to dedicate one CC to your Phone renewal bill, and if only one CC from 1 financial institution, that way, avoiding these annoying issues

I had the same experience as you with 2 cards from the same CC company.
I suggest that you call *611 from your PM phone, or 1-855-4PUBLIC to have the problem resolved.
Good luck!

When you log in, go to where you first registered a cc, delete the old card info, enter new card info, all info must match accurately, or else registration will fall through
