you can unsubscribe yourself from My Account
if you have funds showing in Available Funds, best to make your account with Lost/Stolen on the day you want to stop the service
if you have $0 in Available funds, you can then to go My Account, Profile, Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed. Your account will be suspended at the end of the current cycle
but if you want to keep your phone number, then you need to port out the number while PM account is still active instead of unsubscribe. Just open account with another provider, and ask them to port from PM
