hello my phone says it is not registered on network.
It was locked with rogers but I have an unlock code. It didn't prompt me for the code so i went to #7465625*638*# and put in the unlock code. it says unlock is successful but it still doesn't let me call or get any data.
please help.

Please check my message. I can't authenticate since it asked for verification which was sent to my phone number which doesn't even have any connection (no call, text, or data).

I tried it on another phone - it doesn't work as well.

If you do not have access to self service account, you will need to contact moderator to help with your account issues.
You could try to put the PM Sim card in another unlocked phone to see whether the service works. This helps distinguish between hardware issue versus PM service problem.

Hello, my phone is Samsung s7.
Yes I tried to reset it, reset the network settings as well but no luck so far.
I checked the IMEI on public mobile and it says that it should work.
I tried signing up on the public mobile self srve page but it asked for code that was sent to this new number via text. Obviously didnt work since I have no connection...

Usually it will prompt for the unlock code automatically when you put in a non-original carrier SIM.
I'm assuming you have registered the SIM on PM's site so it could be provisioned with your package information.
Your APN may need configured but since it isn't letting you call it definately sounds like the phone isn't liking your SIM yet.
Have you rebooted your phone since you unlocked it?
Also are you sure the phone is compatible with PM? It likely should be, but you never know.
If you have registered your SIM on your PM account, and you are sure your phone actually is unlocked then you could try logging into your PM account and reporting it Lost/Stolen, waiting 5 minutes then reporting it found. That will refresh your SIM and perhaps allow the service to work.
