New activation. New phone number, activated 6 hours ago and unable to receive phone calls. Able to receive text messages, just no incoming calls

Try rebooting your phone. If you still have problems then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

@OKA6 sounds like you have to message the moderator_team! Click on the question mark on the right hand side of the page and start a conversation with Simon the chat bot and get a ticket. The moderators will get back to you probably tomorrow morning

Picked new number. Tried calling from multiple phones and the message is "call can't be completed as dialed"

@OKA6 did you port your old number or pick a new number when activating? What happens if you dial your number from another phone?
