Yesterday I transferred from Fido to public mobile, however, my eSIM card cannot be activated. Is there someone who can assist me, if not what should I do now? My phone is a iPhone 13 Pro

For me, i need to setting, switch off the old number and turn on the new number.

Yes, I tried to scan the QR code from the welcome email, but it still couldn’t be activated.

You should also consider purchasing a physical SIM card as they are easier to deal with. You can purchase one for $4.99 on Amazon.

Did you go to Setting>Cellular>Add eSIM to see if it is added.
If not and if it didn’t work. Scan the QR code from the welcome email from PM with the phone camera.
