I am trying to renew a plan for my number  but I annot login to do it.  when I try to reset my password I get an error message

help!

When you try to register you will have an option of choosing last 4 digits, just keep switching between your exchange and a random exchange until you get your first 3 digits, then choose the last 4.

Before call your number if it's not on service you can proceed.

Also be ready to have your session expired and sim locked for an hour at the time, it may take long. Use incognito mode for less hickups

You can call Walmart and see if they give free sims, you will have to activate in store if they do and you want to take advantage of it. Then come when they open before they get busy (usually 10am)

You are no longer a customer here. The archives will keep your email address. You will need to get a new SIM and start a whole new account from scratch using a unique email address that is not the same as what you had here.

Unfortunately, you've lost any funds that were in your account, any accumulated loyalty time, your phone number, if you were referred then whoever referred you also lost the $1 for you.

The regular price for the sim is $10. You may find it cheaper on amazon.

If your account has been suspended for more than 90 days, your account has been closed and your number is gone. You will need a new sim if you want to sign up for service again.

That's correct

If nobody took it and off it was public mobile number maybe you could catch it, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Clear your cache and cookies then reboot.  If you still need assistance then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
