trouble transferring number

hooked new phone trouble transferring new number, i can call out, cannot recieve calls.

Hi @E39757   You still have the SIM from your old provider?  If so, put it back into a phone.

 

I will send you a Porting team phone number in private message (Check envelope icon on top right).  Call them and ask PM to re-trigger the process

 

You should get a text with your old provider, reply YES within 90 minutes

 

let us know if it works

@E39757  - where are you porting from?

 

If you don't have the SIM card to approve the port, you will either need to obtain one to do so, or get some other kind of approval from your previous provider to release the number to Public Mobile.
