Hi, I requested my number to be transferred to Chatr. I received an email from Public asking if I wished to proceed. I answered yes. The number still hasn't been ported out. Are you able to tell me when the number will be released by you?

if you already got the text and answered YES, usually that would take another 30 mins to 2 hours. 

You can try reboot your phone with the Chatr sim card there.  If it still does not work, it is a problem with Chatr now.  Please call Chatr back and ask for their update
