Hi @yihan what exactly was the message you received? Have your credit card been charged yet? It seems that your activation failed. As already suggested above, contact a moderator.
Two ways to contact the moderators:
It may take up to 48 hrs (hopefully less) to receive a reply from the moderators. Keep checking the envelope icon on top right for a number to pop up. That would be the moderator’s reply.

Contact moderators by choosing the chat bubble in lower right hand corner and typing port request.
