@Carlene_52 Get a new SIM card from local mobile store or Amazon (just not get it from PM online as it take very long for delivery)
After you got your SIM, logon to My Account and request a Change SIM card. You will be asked to select a 2FA method , choose Email as you have lost your phone and SIM

In order to do this @Carlene_52 , you do need to have self-serve access.
In order to create one, click here:
Create a Self-Serve account (publicmobile.ca)
EDIT: 🙄 Silly me... the above won't work to create account if you don't have the device and SIM as you can't receive the confirmation text. Hopefully you already have self-serve access. If not, follow above advice to contact Customer Support Agents to create one.

First Suspend your service via Lost/Stolen page to stop unauthorized use.
Then Buy a new SIM card, log into your account and change the SIM yourself.
