I have sent a ticket, but how long will it take, anyone know?

delay comes from the partner provider not PM
if it took more than 3 days call previous provider

This member has already contacted the moderators for help.
Public Mobile says for customers to wait up to 48 hours for a response from a moderators, but it could take longer if they are extremely busy, or it could take less time if there aren't that many tickets for them to get through.
As for the actual porting process, I do not believe that the self serve system allows customers to port a phone number from PC Mobile (similar to Koodo prepaid).
Was your response second because you bothered to read the problem and formulate a proper response?
