Hello. I got the text today morning that I can not get my previous number. I called previous company and they said that public mobile cancelled transfer my previous number. I called again that previous company and they said that no body asked transfer my number and still working previous company.
I need my old number and if I don't I will go back my previous company. Can you ask transfer my old number to Public mobile again?
I can see my old number in public mobile account but I still can use my previous company. I change my old company sim now. And I also got email from my old conpamy transfer my number because I asked them to do.
Still I dint change my new sim. So can you ask my old company to transfer my old number to public mobile again? I dont want to change my number.
