Hi,
I'm in the process of transferring from Fizz to PM. I followed the steps in the app, I received the confirmation from Fizz, I texted back YES. Fizz confirmed. Then PM sent me a sms saying that PM is having trouble transferring the number due to incorrect account number. Can someone please help? Chatbox was not helpful, the link to ticket submission doesn't work.
