I topped up my phone twice in the last few days and it is telling me that my account is suspended

@marcywilliams, in your self-serve account, make sure you have Available funds.
You mentioned that you topped up twice. Do you mean you added twice the funds into Public Mobile? So, in my example, if I topped up twice, I would have $124 as available funds. If so, that's ok. Public Mobile will hit the funds first before your credit card. I prefer Public Mobile hitting my funds versus my credit cards though because I know my plan is renewed. I had issued the other way around in the past!

If your phone features are still working and if your 30 day plan is due to renew itself tonight...do nothing. As long as you have sufficient money in Available Funds or a valid credit card set to autopay, your PM account will renew itself over night.
Let us know if that works.

In addition to what @Staliger said. You can call 611 from your phone to check account status, add voucher and reactivate your plan.
