when i call 611 it will not accept my new voucher pin tonight it says check public mobile web site . is the system down

Are you sure you are entering the right PIN? PM voucher PINs are 12 digits. Try again later and if it still doesn't work, then contact the moderators.
Click this Moderator_Team link to send a private message for assistance. Include your PM phone number and e-mail address, and of course, the voucher PIN.

Try entering just the PIN and not the voucher number.
If you still having payment problems, you will need to send a private message to a Moderator_Team, they will help to resolve your problem!
