You can also buy a voucher online.  Ie. Recharge.com.  Note that there  is a service fee for the purchase.  Cheaper to buy in store, but would need to physically go to the store.

You have to get a Customer Support Agent to reset your new pin number for you.

You can pay your renewal by voucher, without your pin number. Through 611

@karimmangla77   you can change your 4 digits pin after you have access to My Account.

But first, let get you back on My Account, you will have to engage PM support directly as only they can do that.  Please open ticket via Chatbot following the steps below

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Again, once you have access to My Account, you can change your PIN by going to the Profile page

To change your email address, you'll have to reach out to a Customer Support Agent.

Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

You can also pay your renewal by calling 611.   If you know your pin number and have CC on file, pay that way.

Or use a voucher without pin number.
