message support again, you will receive a reply within 2 hours during the day. Of course, make sure you check the Community inbox, supports reply there

Hi there, I'm also a new customer. Sent a couple of messages to CS Agent, but no response... why would they advertise 24/7 support? Is there any other way to get issue resolved?

@MKC39 The one time I had to use customer service it was by private message and I didn't get a ticket number, so I'm guessing that yours was issued by the chatbot as mojorising suggested. If you decide to go the private message route (same operating hours though I believe) and don't see an envelope icon top right, then click on your avatar and select "Messages". The envelope icon doesn't show on all devices as I discovered when I was new here and wondered what people were talking about!

@MKC39 PM customer service works from 9am til 10pm est. This might explain some of the wait.

I'm not sure if that's ticket number that is generated from from a chatbot.

Keep checking your Community inbox envelope icon on top right after the ticket is submitted. CS Agent will reply to you there.
