been trying to pay my bill since yesterday and system won't let me,
my credit card is working... after 100 try's who where declined for no reason \, bought a voucher on recharge.com for 39$ and only happen
to receive 30 on public mobile....

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.
You can also try with PM app (with locator on). If via website, you can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different credit card (if available).
Here is some more information:
To open a ticket, click on chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.

thanks for your input on this issue of mine... if you don't mind me asking, how you open a ticket?
have never done this before nor ever had a problem with PM.
