@papalw33 did you get this resolved? If not, can you please show us the "Overview" page instead? We need to see if the long distance addons show up on the overview page. Please block out any personal info like you did above.

I paid the $35 plan and $15 Long D add on together today. The summary show the 400mins add on already. When I tried to call China, the receiver phone can't ring. I heard my phone was silent.
I just found out the payment history showed "do not use intl long D". What's that mean?

@papalw33, just to be sure, the add-on purchase is two steps. See the following link which illustrates the process. Note that even with the add-on purchased successfully, making a long distance call will result in a recorded notification that long distance charges apply. All this means is that minutes will be deducted from the add-on bucket, if purchased successfully.

Where are you trying to call? If it is a foriegn foreign country there are only 18 in which you can call with a PM account.

Did you have voice in your base plan? Not data only.
If so did you do the two steps of buying an add-on?
1. add the money into account
2. buy add-on
Then restart phone.
