telus offer

I received a text today about a Telus offer. The text includes a phone number to call but the Telus staff on the other end have no clue about the offer it seems like. Has anyone experienced this or knows if I need to speak with the business dept or consumer dept about this or what this is about?

@raahh  Weather it’s worth it or not only you can know or decide , but as far as data speed goes public mobile 4G plans are data speeds up to 150mbs and Telus 5G speeds are up to 250mbs same as public mobiles 5G speeds . Only Telus 5G+ speeds are faster being up to 2GBps

thank you. I phoned the telus booth nearest me and they knew about the plan. Not a bad deal. 2 more gb and 5g speeds basically for $5 more. Is that worth it? not sure how much faster Telus' 5g would be than the 4g I'm on with PM. I could use the extra 2gb though. I wonder what other benefits Telus offers that PM doesn't.

@raahh  Yes I had text today from Telus offering 5GB for $25 with 5G speeds . But Telus and Koodo offer many migration plans. If your unsure if the offer details I’d suggest calling Telus or going to the store and show them your offer to get clarification

If you are callimg the phone number indicated,  they should know what your talking about.

But if not,  is there a telus store in a mall near you? Maybe walk in a show them the text.
