我正在尝试从 lucky 手机转入我的号码。我选择了“号码转移”选项，没有填写账号，输入了错误的IMEI号码。我的移植过程目前处于停滞状态，无法在网站上启动移植过程，现在只能打电话没有接收功能，而且Lucky mobile仍然运行良好。幸运服务告诉我需要重新填写幸运帐号并让公共服务再次发送该信息
