Is there technical help at Public? I need to activate my eSIM. The QR code I received doesn't work. I'm not sure who can help with this.

if you cannot scan and install the QR code, you will have to submit a ticket wtih CS agent for help :

@Leharslady  first try rebooting the phone or reset network settings se if that helps . If no luck please submit ticket with support using this direct link to help
