If you're going to port your number out...your PM account will close when the port out is successful.

If you're not porting your number.... PM is a prepaid service...all you need to do is not pay your next renewal. Your account will SUSPEND. Then after 90 days the account will close for good. You'd need a new sim to start a new account.

As previous said...remove credit card info from your account too.

@blonde48 hello if you wish to port numrber ask charter just remember to keep public account active untill port is completed then public account will close automatically you can remove cc if you have one on file
