I am a public mobile customer and I want to move to freedom. 4 days ago, I paid my phone bill and now I want to know can I get my money back. can you give me your customer service number, please. I want to talk to your operator.

Public Mobile is a prepaid service, so refunds of any kind would be tough.
The only way to contact PM representatives is through the moderators.
To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:

@janu Unfortunately, PM is prepaid, and there is no refunds. When is your renewal date? To port out, the number should be active. Also, PM doesn't have customer service phone. All activities are through this forum and communications with mods.

Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.
However, as I mentioned, there is very low chance to receive a refund.
