I need to swap numbers as I've lost my old sim. but when I enter the new sim card number there's an error comes. Also one of the agent said this new sim card has already activated in the past? how can i swap my numbers now?

you don't want to "activate" the new sim card, you will just need to tie it to your My Account
since you have the new sim already, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request

@annesaj @You need a new SIM card that’s never been activated . Then log into the account you want to keep number of and go to profile tabs and SIM card swap the number like this
