Just click on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket to a CS_Agent. 
It is faster for this Community to help you if it is a common issue so can we help?

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .

send  a  private message   To CS_Agents
