we are just customers here like you, but we are trying to help.

So, you have already placed the sim card order? if so, you have put in the address already.   You can also check with support for order status

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
If you have not make an order with PM yet, I suggest you to buy from alternative sources for quicker turnaround

We don't. We're just customers like you but here trying to help our fellow customers. How long has it been? Are you not able to go to a corporate store (see bottom of page for Pick up a SIM card) and pick one up?

If you placed an order with your mailing address…I would assume so.

they should. what are you try to do?  have an invoice with your address?

Check My Account to see if they have your address in file.  Go to profile page, click on the pencil beside your name to check and update the address
