hi recently paid the Unlimited Provincial Talk, 90-day plan on credit card, after a little searching found the $19 ULCW Base Plan-1GB-4G shortlty after so switched to it. Question is will the first charge on credit card of 65.99 be refunded as the plan was switched and paid for 17 min later. how do i go about getting first charge refunded?

you should have used the "Change on Renewal" option instead of "Change Now". If you try ask ask PM support agent now, there is a slim chance that they can arrange something with you
